VW free wall charger

Has anyone had their free wall charger installed
I know you had a choice of either a charge card with some money on it or the wall charger
Dealer doesn’t have any information on when I will be contacted and VW customer services couldn’t help either any suggestions would be gratefully appreciated

I had my free podpoint installed in October last year,
Podpoint contacted me about 2-3 weeks after I ordered in July,

They don’t use them now…

Would have taken me about 10 years to use the charge card as I charge at work (gratis )

I asked about this and was told the offer wasn't available - do you have a reference, like a copy of the page or brochure which talks about the free wall charger?
