Hi all, new to this so go easy on me. 2 weeks in to owning a Buzz Cargo and very pleased so far (The van that is). The issue is havinge set up the we Connect id app, a voucher has been added and I have subscribed to We charge plus. 2 week on from doing that I still cannot use the app to get electric from the public chargers. VW told me initially I could use the app straight away to get electric but are now saying I need the charge card. This they are now saying could be weeks to arrive.
I have attempted to use a BP pulse charger that is on the we connect map and should be useable. The app did nothing and on contacting BP Pulse was advised We connect is not recognised. Vw customer care have told me something different each time they have been contacted and clearly do not know what they are doing.
Can anyone explain to me how the app is used when using a public charger that is supposed to be We charge compatible? What's the process?
Can it be used without the card even with a voucher added?
