We've just taken delivery of our ID. Buzz here in Switzerland and are very happy with it. No oroblens so far, though home charger wall box won't be fitted for a couple more days.
However despite this I have a question. We want to carry a boat on the roof. Only short journeys so no range worries, but Thule don't seem to have what is needed.
There are 3 fixed mounting points on the roof, so fitting three bars which will be ideal for carrying the boat hull safely. The hull weighs less than 50kg so no issue there. The problem is the rear fixed mounting point is not level with the two front ones so needs an increased foot thickness to bring it level.
How to get Thule to resolve this is the issue. I've emailed and called them to no avail. Any suggestions welcome.

Follow up questions.
We have 2 keys and 2 drivers. Is it possible to link 1 key to one driver so that the infotainment is set how that driver wants e.g. orange colour and English and the seats set for that person?
Then the 2nd key linked to the other driver so the infotainment is set in green and German language and seat in the correct position for that driver?
